    Brian’s negotiating skills were impressive...

    We hired Brian to sell our older Springbank acreage. Brian did a professional job with the listing and kept us well informed throughout the process. It was, however, the efforts Brian made in the background that differentiated him from the pack. Brian didn’t just take some photos and post the listing on MLS and then wait for potential buyers to appear, he actively worked his extensive network to develop buyer interest. As a result of Brian’s efforts we received competitive offers about a month after the listing went up. Brian’s negotiating skills were impressive with the result that we accepted an offer significantly above our original asking price. Brian brought professionalism, friendliness and humor to the entire process and if ever we need to sell another property in the Calgary area we will not hesitate to ask Brian to work for us again.
